The Sensormatic Low Profile Pad Deactivator features high-speed throughput for grocery, DIY and general merchandise retail stores. Accommodating a variety of checks and configurations, this deactivator can be installed under the counter or conveyor. The unit deactivates AM EAS labels up to 20cm (8in) above the surface of the pad at a throughput speed of up to 254 cm/ sec (100 in/sec). The optional Remote Alarm Module provides visual and audible confirmations when active labels are detected and deactivated. The locking key feature within the alarm module prevents unauthorized use of the Low Profile Pad when point-of-sale is unattended. The alarm module can be mounted almost anywhere on the check stand. When connected to a compatible EAS data management device, real-time deactivation counts can be generated into user-friendly customizable reports to provide business-critical data.
